Tender description

East Renfrewshire Council wishes to appoint a suitably qualified research consultant to to undertake a comprehensive review of Housing Services and the Housing Revenue Account (HRA), including: Strategic service performance and capacity HRA sustainability and long-term financial planning Repairs, voids and DLO delivery model Factoring, stores and materials management Sheltered housing provision Benchmarking against peer local authorities The contract period is for 16 weeks. Lot 1: East Renfrewshire Council wishes to appoint a suitably qualified research consultant to to undertake a comprehensive review of Housing Services and the Housing Revenue Account (HRA), including: Strategic service performance and capacity HRA sustainability and long-term financial planning Repairs, voids and DLO delivery model Factoring, stores and materials management Sheltered housing provision Benchmarking against peer local authorities The contract period is for 16 weeks.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016. Quality weighting above are sub weighting and the overall weighting for quality is 40%
