Tender description
This contract is for additional activity to complement and enhance the existing Community Health Champions (CHC) service. The focus will be training for volunteers and attendance at in person events to enhance the delivery of the programme based on input and requests from Champions themselves. The CHC programme is a co-produced programme with Champions, VCH and Public Health. The programme enhancements will include: a) providing 3 additional in person events per year for Champion related activity b) delivering additional training sessions for Champions on topics they have identified as valuable to their development in the role, including evaluation methods, facilitating difficult conversations, gathering insights effectively, addressing barriers, and other relevant skills.
