Tender description
Welsh Ambulance Service University NHS Trust (WAST) seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake a building refurbishment project at Rhyl Ambulance Station. The works will include internal welfare improvements, comprising amendments to kitchen facilities and locker accommodation, and the creation of additional office space. The project will also deliver sustainability enhancements through the installation of low‑carbon heating solutions and solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. External works will include resurfacing improvements to the existing car park and the provision of a new external wellbeing space to support staff welfare. All works are to be carried out in a live operational healthcare environment and must comply with all relevant statutory requirements, NHS standards, and health and safety regulations.
