Manchester City Council are seeking expressions of interest and information from providers for consultancy support to undertake the Housing Needs Assessments required for the new Manchester Supported Housing Strategy. Interested providers must be confident in their ability to deliver an assessment of existing supported housing provision within Manchester, Housing Needs Assessments (HNAs) for all cohorts specified in the Supported Housing Regulatory Oversight Statutory Local Supported Housing Strategy Guidance, future demand forecasting and gap analysis as outlined in the Brief/Scope of Services found in the preliminary market engagement document.
