Purpose of this Expression of Interest - Estyn is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced cleaning contractors who may be interested in a forthcoming procurement opportunity for the provision of office cleaning and associated services at Anchor Court, Cardiff. - The purpose of this Expression of Interest (EOI) is to: • identify suppliers who may be interested in tendering for the proposed contract; • provide prospective suppliers with an early indication of the anticipated scope of the requirement, and; • provide interested suppliers with an opportunity to visit the premises before the formal Invitation to Tender (ITT) is issued, enabling them to familiarise themselves with the site and the nature and scale of the anticipated cleaning requirement. - An important purpose of this EOI is to enable prospective suppliers to undertake a site visit before the formal tender exercise begins. - Estyn therefore strongly encourages organisations considering tendering for this opportunity to arrange a site visit during the EOI period. - This EOI is a preliminary market engagement exercise and does not constitute an Invitation to Tender or a commitment by Estyn to enter into a contract with any supplier.
