Commissioning Review of Supported Accommodation for 16 – 25 year olds

The Council is intending to undertake a procurement exercise for a redesigned Young People’s Accommodation and Independence Pathway for young people aged 16 to 25. This pre-market engagement exercise is intended to inform the market of the Council’s proposed procurement process, service requirements and indicative timelines. It will also provide an opportunity for providers to seek clarification and consider their participation in the forthcoming tender exercise. The Council will hold a supplier engagement session in order to: - Further explain the intended procurement exercise, proposed pathway model and service requirements. The supplier engagement session will be held via Microsoft Teams on 26/08/2026 at 11am. The session is expected to last no more than 1 hour. In order to confirm attendance, please return appendix 1 of the Pre-Market Engagement document by 12noon on 21/08/2026. Please note that the final framework value and contract duration are not yet confirmed and will be published when the tender documentation is advertised.
