The contract is to provide design and development of digital learning resources to support the development of talent management capability of managers across Scottish Government.While the exact detail of the learning content is to be defined, it is expected that this will consist of three short modules, lasting approximately 10 minutes and focussed on talent management themes including:- What talent management is- Holding career conversations- Talent & succession planning- Workforce planning at a team level
