Tender description
The Council is seeking to appoint a Service Provider to deliver a wellbeing service to Black Minority Ethnic (BME) women recovering from trauma including domestic abuse. Further details relating to the requirement are provided within the attached PIN Brief. Lot 1: The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to: - advise the market that the City of Edinburgh Council intend to tender a contract for the Provision of a Wellbeing Services for Black Minority Ethnic (BME) Women - to assess the current Service Provider market, by seeking notes of interest from suitably qualified organisations operating in the Edinburgh area, that have the expertise, capability and capacity to deliver the Service. Further details relating to the requirement are provided within the attached PIN Brief.. If you wish to note interest in this contract opportunity, please indicate so on Public Contract Scotland and complete the attached PIN questionnaire and email it to claudine.persaud@edinburgh.gov.uk by 12 noon on Thursday 20 August 2026.
