Tender description

Essex Police invite suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to submit a quotation for the design and delivery of a Senior Leadership Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programme. The programme is intended for Heads of Department operating at senior leadership level, drawn from both police officers and police staff, the majority of whom have been leading at a senior level for a number of years. The focus is on enhancing strategic leadership capability within the complex, high-risk and highly scrutinised policing environment. The organisation is seeking a contemporary, evidence-informed and police-relevant leadership development programme that reflects the realities of modern policing, integrates inclusivity and workforce challenges, and draws insightfully on learning from policing, the wider public sector and relevant private sector contexts.
