Tender description
The purpose of this Engagement is to gain a current understanding of the market for Human Capital Management solutions. This is an early market engagement exercise and is not a formal procurement process. We are seeking high-level information from suppliers to help refine strategic planning, confirm market capability, understand likely costs and risks, and inform a future Request for Proposal or other formal procurement activity.
