The Council is seeking information from the marketplace for the purposes of: • identifying suppliers that may be able to supply a Housing Market Area Needs Assessment based on the requirements below • Understanding market capability, capacity, likely mobilisation periods, delivery timescales, pricing and any risk or constraints. • Understanding if the supplier can be flexible with the time delivery to meet the Council’s timelines. • Develop and refine the Council’s requirements, budget and pricing, and a route to market before any potential procurement. • Seeking supplier views on data requirements, mythology, outputs, alinement with our Local Plan, that may add some value to the final specification. The Council is not inviting tenders at this stage.
