Tender description
The project is for the construction of a new 10-classroom school building at Iveagh Primary School, 17 Castle Hill, Rathfriland, BT34 5NH for Education Authority (NI). The proposed floor area of the building is 1847m2 and works include mechanical and electrical services, external works and demolition of the original school building. The works shall also include the adoption of Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), including the use of precast concrete elements, to enhance quality, programme certainty, buildability, health and safety performance, and resource efficiency.
