Tender description
Ongoing support to PCC's planning function in relation for the appraisal of viability in the local planning process. Support required will vary during the period of the partnering arrangement, but could potentially include any or all of the following: • Advice and Scoping of Local Plan viability projects; • Preparation of Local Plan viability evidence; • Undertaking the assessment of local plan viability and production of evidence to support an emerging local plan; • Undertaking, or provide support for, engagement with stakeholders on whole plan viability evidence; • Provide expert witness testimony at local plan examination; • Any other activities related to the ‘whole plan viability evidence’ to support the local plan. • Any other planning matters related to Local Plan development viability.
