he engagement is to facilitate a test and learn pilot and the commissioner has set out reasonable rationale for using a known, local organisation for this pilot. The services are classed as Light Touch Services under the Procurement Act 2023 The total value of this contracts initial 18 month period is £75,000 (ex VAT) The total value of this contracts initial 18 month period is £90,000 (including VAT) There is 1 optional extension available, pricing subject to mutual agreement but estimated £77,000.00 Total contract value inclusive of any extensions estimated at £152,000.00 excluding VAT and £190,000.00 including VAT as per approved exemption.
