The tender is to procure a comprehensive service for Fire Risk Assessments to ensure this is a safe, efficient and a reliable operation. This contract aims to ensure the longevity, safety and reliability of the Fire Risk Assessment, supporting the smooth operation of facilities and compliance with all relevant standards. The primary objectives of this Fire Risk Assessment and Consultancy contract are to ensure compliance with the Fire Risk Assessment. The specific objectives include: • Protecting occupants by minimising injury or death risks. • Implement fire containment measures. • Conduct regular fire risk assessment. • Minimise disruption to operations. • Regularly maintain and test fire safety equipment. • Provide regular fire safety training. • Providing fire door surveys where applicable • Providing fire compartmentation surveys where applicable The Authority will appoint a single Provider for the Contract which will be used by Corporate Property Services.
