Replacement floors and associated works at 21 and 23 Lonsdale Ave, WSM (717-AHL)

Tender description

This procurement is for the provision of services related to replacement floors and associated repair works at 21 and 23 Lonsdale Avenue, Weston-super-Mare, North Somerset. Works include the replacement of timber floors to living rooms, dining rooms and hallways with insulation, concrete and screed; new skirtings; replacing both kitchens complete and bathroom to no. 21, refurbish bathroom to no. 23; re-wiring both properties; new central heating to nos. 21 and 23; replace staircase complete to no. 21; replace all internal doors and some linings; other sundry repairs to first floor boarding; skimming all walls and ceilings; complete redecoration; sundry external repairs. The estimated value of the resulting contract will be between £90,000 and £100,000 (ex VAT). It is AHG’s expectation that works will commence 1st June 2026 with completion in 4 to 6 weeks. AHG intends to award the contracts on 22nd May 2026. Please confirm your proposed project timelines in Schedule 3 - Schedule of Works which forms part of this tender pack. Note that start dates and completion period must be acceptable to Alliance Homes, otherwise we reserve the right to award to the next lowest price bidder. ## Contract award
