The support being sought is the following: • An assessment of the application documents in respect of potential landscape and visual impacts • An assessment of the initial comments from the (now retired) LCC landscape architect • An assessment of Tarmac’s Regulation 25 response in terms of potential landscape and visual impacts + identification of any outstanding / additional matters that have not been assessed or require further information to be provided • A review of any further Reg 25 submissions in respect of landscape/visual impacts that may be received. In addition to the above, the application is highly controversial and runs a high risk of challenge through judicial review or an appeal for non-determination.
