CFT 3985 - Project management of the National Enterprise Awards (Pre-event and on site management)

Tender description

The successful service provider will act as Project Manager for the planning, coordination and delivery of the National Enterprise Awards (NEA) Final in May 2027. Working closely with the National Enterprise Awards Committee, Local Enterprise Offices (LEOs), Enterprise Ireland and other stakeholders, the Project Manager will oversee all aspects of event preparation and execution, including project planning, stakeholder engagement, supplier and venue management, invitation and RSVP management, AV and technical coordination, event branding and programme development, risk management, and on-site event delivery. The role also includes managing event-day operations, ensuring all project milestones are achieved, coordinating third-party suppliers within budget, and producing a comprehensive post-event evaluation report. The contract will require attendance at planning meetings and site visits in Dublin, together with full on-site management of the awards ceremony at the selected venue.
