The renovation of toilet facilities in 3 Tipperary FET Colleges located in Cappawhite E34 A320 - CTI Clonmel E91 K2E2 and Roscrea E53 V449. This will include the removal and environmentally responsible disposal of existing hardware if indicated in the design, building work to accommodate redesigned areas, plumbing and electrical work, and the provision and installation of energy-efficient sanitary ware in the 3 sites as required.
