Provision of a social value partner to help develop GPA social value strategy, local needs analysis of construction projects and measure social value targets on projects throughout the UK Lot 1: As part of the on-going benefits review being undertaken within GPA, there is a requirement to bring in subject matter experts on quantifying and monitoring social value benefits. SVP will work with GPA in the following areas: 1. Membership & Measurement 2. Capital Project's engagement: 2.1 Benchmarking 2.2 Target setting 2.3 Aggregate TOM System targets
