Tender description
Cheshire East Council is seeking contractor(s) to join a framework which will allow us to commission projects for Domestic Build Works (Disability Adaptations). The requirement is split into four lots: • Lot 1 Building Alterations (South Cheshire, covering Crewe, Nantwich, Alsager, Sandbach, Middlewich, Audlem and surrounding villages and hamlets) • Lot 2 Building Alterations (East Cheshire, covering Congleton, Macclesfield, Holmes Chapel, Knutsford, Wilmslow, Poynton, Disley and surrounding villages and hamlets) • Lot 3 External Works (South Cheshire, covering Crewe, Nantwich, Alsager, Sandbach, Middlewich, Audlem and surrounding villages and hamlets) • Lot 4 External Works (East Cheshire, covering Congleton, Macclesfield, Holmes Chapel, Knutsford, Wilmslow, Poynton, Disley and surrounding villages and hamlets) Works that are required as part of this framework include the full range of domestic building works, including, but not limited to: Lot 1 & 2 - Building Alterations • Site Preparation; • Foundations; • External Walls and Insulation; • Roofs and Insulation; • Doors and Windows; • Floors and Insulation; • Internal walls and ceilings; • Electrics; • Plumbing and Drainage; • Heating; • Kitchens; • Bathrooms.
