The Provision of Specialist Consultancy Services. The post will deal with the determination of a range of planning applications, including major developments, within the statutory timescales which are nationally set. The post will also provide detailed pre-application advice to paying customers within the Council's stipulated timescales. The post will hold a caseload of 20-40 planning applications at any one time. The post will also pick up occasional planning applications across the partnership at Boston and East Lindsey Council's. The post will support the Principal Planning Officer and Development Manager in the management of planning application cases and also offer pre-application advice to customers (both external and internal) for large/major and sensitive projects. The post will produce detailed reports for each application, including for the Planning Committee - which the post will also attend to present items to the Elected Members on behalf of the Service. The post will undertake site visits in association with planning applications and pre-application advice submissions. This will include physical attendance in the Council Office on a fortnightly basis ## Contract award ## Contract award
