Tender description
Roydon Parish Council is inviting tenders for the 15-year lease, management, and operation of the Dobbs Weir Road car park in Hoddesdon. The successful operator will be responsible for day-to-day management, maintenance, customer service, compliance, revenue collection, and improvements such as signage, lighting, payment systems, ANPR, and potential EV charging.
