Regional Framework Agreement for HSE Design Team Services 2025 for Major Capital Works with project values between €50m and €400m excl. VAT in the. The Framework is for Architects Services (including Planner and BIM Information Manager), Quantity Surveyor, Building Services Engineer, Civil and Structural Engineer, Fire Safety Consultant, Project Supervision Design Process (PSDP), Employer's Representative, energy efficient Design Facilitator, and Assigned Certifier.
