Tender description
An add-on module within the Policy in Practice LIFT platform that enables the Council to identify residents who may be eligible for benefits, financial support or other targeted assistance and to undertake proactive outreach campaigns. The tool supports the creation and management of targeted communications, including letters and text messages, using data already held within the LIFT analytics platform to improve benefit take-up, maximise household income and target support to residents most in need
