The Environmental Protection Agency(hereinafter referred to as the EPA) intends to run a competitive procurement process for the the construction of a carport structure and associated civil works at the EPA Regional Inspectorate, Seville Lodge, Callan Road, Kilkenny (the structure should be capable of supporting a solar photovoltaic (PV) system that will be delivered under a separate existing contract). The purpose of this Preliminary Market Consultation is to gather marketplace information to support this procurement process.
