Construction of 6no. social housing units consisting of 1no. two storey apartment block ( containing 4no. 2 bedroom units) , 1no. single storey 3 bedroom dwelling and 1no. single storey 4 bedroom dwelling. The associated site works and services consist of the following non exhaustive list; Site clearance including removal of existing vegetation and trees on site, Formation of new service road connecting to existing Phase 1 development, Construction of new boundary walls/fencing, New surface water pipe connection to existing services, New foul, EIR, ESB connections to serve the development, New footpaths, carparking and associated landscaping
