Tender description

The Council is seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced Providers to deliver a range of services through a four-lot contract arrangement. The purpose of this procurement is to secure high-quality, outcome-focused services that support the Council’s strategic objectives whilst delivering value for money. The contract has been divided into four Lots to reflect the differing service requirements and to enable providers to bid for the Lot or Lots that align with their expertise, experience, and capacity. The Tender consists of four (4) Lots which include: Lot 1 - Asylum Seekers and Refugees (including dispersed populations) This commission aims to develop a deeper understanding of the health and wellbeing needs of asylum seekers and refugees in Wirral enabling targeted action that reduces health inequalities and improve outcomes for these communities. Lot 2 - Community Outreach and Engagement This commission aims to improve engagement with ethnic minority communities through the delivery of dedicated community-based outreach service. Lot 3 - Community Health and Wellbeing This commission aims to improve health and wellbeing outcomes for ethnic minority communities through the delivery of, health promotion and wellbeing support. Lot 4 - Cultural Awareness and Inclusion Training This commission aims to improve cultural awareness, inclusion and culturally competent practice across services that support ethnic minority communities in Wirral.
