The project is for the provision of a School Enhancement Programme at Ballyclare Primary School, Doagh Road, Ballyclare, BT39 9BG for Education Authority (NI) comprising the construction of a new 9-classroom two-storey extension. The proposed floor area of the extension is 1094m2 with minor refurbishment works to the existing school building and includes full construction works, mechanical and electrical services, external works and demolition of the original 2-storey school building.
