Specialist Conservators - EOI

Tender description

This Expression of Interest (EOI) sets out the Trust’s situation and objectives in respect of the Wales Fire Safety Project, and seeks initial information from various specialists as to capacity, capability and interest. This EOI will be used by the Trust to produce a list of specialist conservators to share within a tender pack issued to main contractors to provide suggestions of specialists who they could approach to undertake specialist conservation elements of the contract that they are not able to deliver directly themselves or through their existing subconsultant or subcontractor database. The Trust does not guarantee that any party responding to the EOI will be included in the list put forward as part of the tender process. This EOI does not constitute a purchase order or other commitment to purchase. The Trust does not guarantee any contract will be awarded as a result of this process, and any contract entered into will strictly be with the tendering contractor and not the Trust. Participating companies will bear their own costs, and seek appropriate advice, for the preparation of their response.
