Tender description
A smokefree app can increase the support available and the accessibility of support to help residents quit smoking. The CfE (NHS) is procuring the same app so we are increasing East Riding's number of licenses by 250, and giving the app a communications and Nicotine Replacement Therapy budget. ## Contract award
