Tender description

Tees Valley Combined Authority (TVCA) ('the contracting authority') are seeking quotations for the production of a Department for Transport Green Book compliant Outline Business case and subsequent Full Business Case for Redcar Central Station Footbridge. Mini-competition via NEPO 212 Support Services for the Development of the Built Environment, Lot 9: Highways & Transportation. 18-month contract, with option to extend by a further 6-months.
