Tender description

The requirement of this service is to ensure that each farm receives a consistent, robust and evidence-based assessment of its current technical and financial performance. The Business Review shall support participating farms to develop realistic and forward-looking business plans and an improved understanding of performance drivers. All recommended actions and forward plans must align with Sustainable Land Management (SLM) outcomes, supporting productive, environmentally responsible and resilient farming businesses. In addition, the service shall facilitate the use of FARMDATA+ tool for benchmarking and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform management decisions. The Business Review shall be delivered using a consistent and repeatable methodology (proposed in appendix 2) across all Our Farms Network holdings. Whilst recognising that farms operate under different systems and constraints, each review must address a common set of themes to ensure consistency in delivery and transparency.
