Tender description
Expression of Interest via MCF4_Lot 6_Procurement & Supply Chain. The proposed Contract will: • deliver centralised contract management for the Programme Delivery Partner (PDP) and Professional Services Contracts (PSC), • Implement a Contract Alliance Strategy; and • Provide senior commercial leadership to the Commercial Directorate. The objective is to secure a flexible, task‑order driven commercial partner that delivers robust governance, cost assurance, performance insight, and capability transfer.
