Templer HomeBuild, on behalf of our Client, Teign Housing, invites contractors to submit a tender for undertaking the upgrade of heating systems across 27 residential properties at Bitton Court, Teignmouth. The scope of works involves the replacement of existing night storage heaters with Dimplex Quantum High Heat Retention (HHR) heaters, upgrading the hot water cylinders and upgrading the electrical boards (All with be specified in Tender Pack). These upgrades are part of Teign Housing’s commitment to improving energy efficiency, reducing carbon emissions, and enhancing resident comfort.
