The supplier is providing a financial system assessment and some consultancy on market options for our Finance system replacement aswell. (1) e5 Assessment A structured review of your current e5 environment, focusing on: • QEDs and modifications • UDTs • Integrations and dependencies • Reporting considerations The intention is to give you a practical baseline of what is critical today, where complexity sits, and what would need replacing if you move away from e5. In other organisations this has proven useful for internal planning, tender preparation, and avoiding surprises later on. (2) Options Appraisal If it would help to step back further, this looks at the realistic market options for Torbay, the strengths and weaknesses of each, and the likely implications in terms of cost, benefit, and effort. Fee: £10,000.
