Tender description
It is recommended that the original site investigations are extended to continue monitoring the internal moisture load, including the amount of water vapour present throughout the building. Further Building Management System (BMS) surveys are also advised to establish accurate baseline conditions and to inform the development of an appropriate intervention strategy and scope of works.
