Tender description
This tender is for the provision of a sole provider for the purchase and maintenance of Real Time Information Passenger Screens (RTPI), a Content Management System (CMS), annual maintenance and support, and a customer services helpdesk. The WMCA now seeks to form a long-term partnership with a single provider for both hardware, software, customer services, development and innovation. The rationale being to provide a managed service, with consistency, clearly defined responsibilities, streamlined products and supply chain, and facilitate interoperability.
