This is a Service Delivery Agreement as defined in the Framework Agreement made between Scape Procure Limited (1) and Perfect Circle JV Ltd (2) dated 29th January 2021. And is a continuation of services of the Option G Service Delivery Agreement between Perfect Circle JV Ltd and Southampton City Council dated 25th November 2021. Lot 1: For the services of Commercial Surveyor, Mechanical Engineer, Structural Engineer, NEC Supervisor, Non Core, Project Manager, Building Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor, Electrical Engineer, Architect - for various projects being delivered under Southampton City Council's portfolio.
