Current provision across the three Acute Trusts is inconsistent, with varying staffing models. This investment will align services with RCPCH recommendations. Recurrent investment for a Band 7 Paediatric Specialist Epilepsy Nurse (1.0 WTE) at the QEHKL has been agreed to support a consistent, sustainable epilepsy nursing model across Norfolk and Waveney, ensuring equitable access, improved outcomes, and a reduction in health inequalities for children and young people with epilepsy. The effective date for this modification is 1/3/26 and the value is £5357.75
