Tender description
The NESPT wishes to appoint a Conservation Accredited Architect and Design Team to develop a project to convert two listed buildings into the Marbles Creative Hub at the Old Harbour in Portsoy, Aberdeenshire. Lot 1: This project involves the repair of two historic buildings and their conversion into the Marbles Creative Hub. The buildings involved are the Marble Warehouse and Marble Workshop located at the Old Harbour in Portsoy, Aberdeenshire. The Marble Warehouse, or Corf House, is category A listed. It was designed by John Adam and built in 1765. The Marble Workshop dates from the mid eighteenth century and is category B listed. The NESPT wishes to commission a Conservation Accredited Architect and Design Team to take the project through to completion.
