We have an opportunity for a Service Provider to deliver 1-2-1 Counselling support for participants who require additional support to overcome issues and concerns to move them into or closer to employment. Service providers should be established and highly experienced at providing a non-judgmental, professional, compassionate, and confidential counselling service. Counselling sessions should aim to help participants overcome difficulties, working through any issues that affect them to help them see themselves more positively and plan for their future. ## Contract award
