Training Framework: Supporting the Wellbeing of the Social Care, Early Years and Childcare Workforce

Social Care Wales is developing a framework of expert speakers and trainers to provide online workshops, information sessions and training on topics related to workforce wellbeing for: - Social care workers, with some sessions to be specifically targeted at managers - Early years and childcare workers, with some sessions specifically targeted at managers These sessions will be provided on request. This will include - Short, half day workshops, training or information sessions - Full day workshops, training or information sessions - A workshop or training series, with up to four sessions on a specific topic. These sessions will be provided online.
