About the buyer
Registers of Scotland is a non-ministerial office of the Scottish Government, keeping the country's registers of land, property and legal deeds. A central finance function runs its procurement, working alone or with partner organisations to secure goods and services. Collaborative contracts let by the Scottish Government and the Crown Commercial Service cover many of its purchases. Prospective suppliers follow the Scottish Government's supplier journey guidance to prepare a bid.
Over the past 5 years, most of Registers of Scotland's contract awards have been in business services, software and information systems and IT services.
