Luton Borough Council is looking to engage suitably qualified, experienced and professional organisations to undertake some soft market testing / preliminary market engagement in order for the council to scope a potential requirement for replacing at this stage their Bucket Tractor with a potentially more viable and cost-effective alternative. This document is issued solely as a soft market exercise to gather information and explore available solutions.
