About the buyer

Tenders are advertised on Sell2Wales and run through the eTenderWales portal. Frameworks cover capital equipment, pharmaceuticals, clinical supplies, food, utilities, maintenance, IT and the commissioning of healthcare services. Local procurement teams work with each health board alongside sourcing, supply chain and accounts payable teams. Where appropriate, tenders are split into smaller lots so SMEs can bid.
