Tender description
The current Enterprise IT Service Desk contract provides IT Service Desk services to circa 220,000 Authority users within the Official and Secret domains expires in June 2027. As a vital element of Defence’s Digital Backbone, the Authority is preparing to procure a refreshed, modernised Enterprise IT Service Desk capability that will continue to support the operational demands of Defence, and place User Experience first, where quality of service and continual improvement will be the primary focus. The Authority has carried out previous market engagements in relation to this procurement. Information regarding the notices previously published and documentation distributed can be found in the attachment section below. This now concludes the Authorities Early Market Engagement in relation to this procurement. Please note that for the avoidance of doubt, this notice is not a call for competition and companies who do not register their interest will still be free to participate in any future procurement. The Authority will publish further notices prior to launching any procurement.
