Lot 1: The Vasectomy Service provides vasectomy procedures for eligible patients, including pre-procedure assessment and consultation, the vasectomy procedure itself, and appropriate follow up care. <br/><br/>BLMK ICB are intending to award a contract an existing provider following direct award process C for the following: <br/><br/>Vasectomy Service<br/><br/>The contract is for a period of 2 years from 1st April 2026. <br/><br/>The expected lifetime value of the contract is £642,438.
