Adult Weight Management Services - Clinical Care and Behavioural Support Services for Adults living with Complex Obesity in the Bailiwick of Guernsey; Whilst the clinical evidence base supporting clinical care and behavioural intervention is well established, HSC has not reached a predetermined view regarding the most appropriate operating model, provider configuration, governance framework or commercial structure for delivery within the Bailiwick. The purpose of this Expression of Interest (EOI) is therefore to: Understand market capability and capacity. Explore feasible delivery models. Understand the potential role of local Clinical Care providers. Explore behavioural support options. Understand governance, accountability and information-sharing requirements. Explore commercial structures and indicative costs. Identify risks, dependencies and implementation considerations. Inform future service design and commissioning decisions.
