Tender description
Essex County Council (ECC) sourced an inclusive Travel Service as a Solution (SaaS) product for the aim of making travel more inclusive via a smartphone device. ECC utilised the Crown Commercial Services Spark Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) RM6094 framework to procure this solution.
